Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by User

Users can cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a late cancellation fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed if a service is not delivered as promised or if there is a verified dispute. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the service date.

3. Service Provider Cancellation

If a service provider cancels a booking, the user will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule with another provider.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
